Intro to Aerial Yoga SERIES
Intro to Aerial Yoga Series
Curious about aerial yoga but not sure where to start?
This 3-week beginner series is designed to help you feel confident, safe, and comfortable in the hammock — even if you’ve never stepped foot in an aerial class before.
Over the course of three 60-minute sessions, you’ll:
Learn the foundations of aerial yoga step-by-step
Build strength, mobility, and body awareness
Explore beginner-friendly poses (including one gentle inversion each week)
Enjoy deep relaxation in a supported savasana to end each class
You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, try new movements, and move at your own pace. By the end of the series, you’ll be ready to join our regular aerial yoga classes with confidence.

The cost of the series is $75, which can be used as credit towards membership if you decide to continue taking classes at VF after the series.
This series will also come with a three week pass to all classes at VF, which will start on the same date as your series.

Intro to kettlebells SERIES
Intro to Kettlebell Series
Ready to feel stronger, move better, and train smarter?
This 3-week beginner series is the perfect way to learn kettlebell fundamentals in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
Over the course of three 60-minute sessions, you’ll:
Learn proper form for the most important kettlebell exercises: squats, deadlift, kettlebell swings, cleans & presses and Turkish Get Ups
Build a base level of strength, stability, and coordination
Improve posture, mobility, and core engagement
With small group coaching and step-by-step instruction, you’ll have time to master each movement before adding intensity. No prior strength training experience is required — we’ll meet you exactly where you are.

If you prefer not to take our intro series, or already have experience in that specific modality, you can jump right in to any of our classes with this unlimited pass for only $75! New students only.

INTRO SERIES WAITLIST
If you are planning on taking aerial yoga or kettlebell classes at our studio, we strongly suggest starting with an Intro Series unless you already have previous experience with either of those modalities. In group fitness instructors don’t have as much time or capacity to give individual feedback during the class - the intro series is where we get a chance to do that.
If the current series listed don’t work for your schedule, let us know which days and times you would prefer! We aim to run at least one series per month.
