A Gathering to Celebrate Endings & New Beginnings
Have you been feeling ready to let go of something that once felt right—but no longer fits?
This gentle cacao ceremony is an invitation to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention. Through cacao, sound healing, guided meditation, and deep rest in aerial hammocks, we’ll create space to honor what’s ending and welcome what’s next.
No hammock experience needed. Just bring yourself and whatever you’re ready to release.

Aerial Yoga Teacher Training
Our full curriculum is covered over four separate weekends, allowing for ample “classroom” time, and time spent practicing and teaching. We also offer a robust mentoring program with one of our teacher trainers to ensure your success. Our next round will begin in Fall 2025. Part 1: Aerial Yoga Fundamentals: These weekends are all about learning aerial yoga movements that we use in our beginner classes. We will explore the mind/body connection, basic anatomy, the science of stretching and strength building, foundational aerial yoga postures & building a movement vocabulary. Part 1 can be taken as a stand alone course.
Part 2: Intermediate Aerial Yoga: We will work on creating and leading a dynamic, safe and fun Level 2 aerial yoga class. Much of the time will be spent on practice teaching with plenty of feedback so you can refine your teaching voice.
